Friends of the Zoo Membership Terms & Conditions:
  • The Friends of the Zoo Membership is valid for one (01) year from date of issue.
  • Processing of Cards require 2 weeks upon receipt of payment or clearance of cheque.
  • All Memberships will commence on the 1st of each month.
  • Each card allows 01 staff member and up to 03 accompanying guest’s free admission to Zoo, the staff must be present for benefit to be valid.
  • Each card can only be used ONCE a day.
  • Membership card & Employee Pass have to be presented to enjoy membership benefits including free admission to Zoo.
  • Membership does not include parking charges and tram rides.
  • Discounts are only for selected items and are not applicable with other special offers and/or promotions.
  • All membership discounts are suspended during the first 10 days of the New Year.
  • Loss of membership cards must be reported to the Membership Department at E Mail
  • Replacement fee of Rs. 250.00 (incl. GST) per card shall apply.
  • The membership card is the property of Zoo and shall be returned upon request. The management reserves the right to reject any application or renewal and to suspend or terminate a membership without liability or refund if any of the conditions of the membership are not complied with or abuse of the privileges.
  • Discount privileges, terms and conditions, membership rates for membership may be supplemented, amended or terminated without prior notice at the sole discretion of Zoo.
